 מבוא

 בהצהרה זו מטרתי לייעל את השימוש ולשפר את השירות שלי בכל שנוגע לנגישות ושיוויון זכויות לאנשים בעלי מוגבלויות. ישנם כמה דברים חשובים שצריך להדגיש לגבי הדרך שבה אני עובד כיום:מבחינה פיזית אני מקבל מטופלים בבניין קומות היסטורי שלא ניתן להנגשה לצערי. אני בשמחה עונה לטלפון אחרי שעות העבודה וכך מנגיש את העזרה שלי לכבדי ראייה. את כבדי שמיעה אני בשמחה פוגש כנ"ל אחרי שעות העבודה, בגבעתיים, ומעביר את כל ההסברים הנדרשים באופן אישי.מאוד חשוב לציין שאתרי האינטרנט שלי הם רק כרטיסי ביקור שלי ואת המידע הנחוץ למטופל/ת אני מקפיד למסור רק אישית אחרי שמתאים את התוכן באופן ספציפי לבעייתו.
בשביל להבטיח את הנגשת האתר פניתי לחברת קידום פלוס והם התקינו ומתחזקים באתר את פעילותו של , הנגשה טיקומספלוס ברמת AA בהתאם להוראות WCAG בהתאם לתקנה שפורסמה בתאריך 26.10.2017 ככל האפשר. הדבר בוצע על ידי תוכנת הנגשת אתרים "נגיש בקליק" – רכיב נגישות אוטומטי.

 האינטרנט מהווה כיום את המאגר הגדול ביותר לחופש המידע עבור כלל המשתמשים, ומשתמשים בעלי מוגבלויות בפרט. ככזה, אנו שמים חשיבות רבה במתן אפשרות שווה לאנשים עם מוגבלות לשימוש במידע המוצג באתר, ולאפשר חווית גלישה טובה יותר.
אנו שואפים להבטיח כי השירותים הדיגיטליים יהיו נגישים לאנשים עם מוגבלויות, ועל כן הושקעו משאבים רבים להקל את השימוש באתר עבור אנשים עם מוגבלויות, ככל האפשר, מתוך אמונה כי לכל אדם מגיעה הזכות לחיות בשוויון, כבוד, נוחות ועצמאות.

כיצד עובדת ההנגשה באתר?

באתר מוצב תפריט הנגשה. לחיצה על התפריט מאפשרת פתיחת כפתורי ההנגשה. לאחר בחירת נושא בתפריט יש להמתין לטעינת הדף.
התוכנה פועלת בדפדפנים הפופולריים: Chrome, Firefox, Explorer 10+, Safari, Opera. הגלישה במצב נגישות מומלצת בדפדפן הנפוץ בקרב הגולשים: כרום. בדפדפנים אחרים יתכנו אי תאימות עקב אי תאימות הדפדפנים עצמם לתקן.

מה בתפריט?

מתן אפשרות לניווט ע״י מקלדת סופרמן. התאמת אתר עבור טכנולוגיות מסייעות (NVDA וכד׳) הגדלת פונט האתר ל־5 גדלים שונים.עצירת אלמנטים נעים וחסימת הבהובים.שינוי ניגודיות צבעים על בסיס רקע כהה.שינוי ניגודיות צבעים על בסיס רקע בהירה.תאמת אתר לעיוורי צבעים. שינוי הפונט לקריא יותר. הגדלת הסמן ושינוי צבעו לשחור או לבן. הגדלת התצוגה לכ־200% הדגשת קישורים באתר. הדגשת כותרות באתר. הצגת תיאור אלטרנטיבי לתמונות. הצהרת נגישות. שליחת משוב נגישות

חרף מאמצנו לאפשר גלישה באתר נגיש עבור כל דפי האתר, יתכן ויתגלו דפים באתר שטרם הונגשו, או שטרם נמצא הפתרון הטכנולוגי המתאים.

In this statement, my goal is to optimize the use of and improve my service by providing accessibility and equal rights for people with disabilities. There are several important things that need to be emphasized regarding the way I work today: Physically, I receive patients in a historic multi-story building that is unfortunately not accessible. I gladly answer the phone after working hours and thus make my help accessible to the visually impaired. I gladly meet the hearing impaired as above after working hours, in Givatayim, and give all the necessary explanations in person. It is very important to note that my websites are only my business cards and I make sure to only give the necessary information to the patient in person after I have adjusted the content accordingly specific to his problem.

In order to ensure the website's accessibility, I contacted the Kidum Plus company and they installed and maintain on the website the activity of Ticomplus accessibility at the AA level in accordance with WCAG instructions in accordance with the regulation published on 26.10.2017 . This was done by the website accessibility Hebrew software "Accessible by Click" - an automatic accessibility component.

 Internet is currently the largest repository for freedom of information for all users, and disabled users in particular. As such, we place great importance on giving equal opportunity to people with disabilities to use the information presented on the site, and to enable a better browsing experience.
We strive to ensure that the digital services are accessible to people with disabilities, and therefore many resources have been invested to facilitate the use of the site for people with disabilities, as much as possible, in the belief that every person deserves the right to live in equality, dignity, comfort and  independence 

How does accessibility work on the website 

There is an accessibility menu on the website. Clicking on the menu allows the accessibility buttons to be opened.  After selecting a topic in the menu, wait for the page to load. Among the options 

Enabling navigation with a superman keyboard. Adjusting the site for assistive technologies (NVDA, etc.) Increasing the site's font to 5 different sizes. Stopping moving elements and blocking the flickering. Changing color contrast based on a dark background. Color contrast based on a light background. Site adaptation for the colorblind. Changing the font to make it more readable. Enlarging the cursor and changing its color to black or white. Enlarging the display to approximately 200%. Highlighting links on the website. Highlighting website titles. Accessibility statement. Sending feedback on accessib 

Despite our efforts to enable browsing on the website accessible for all website pages, it is possible that pages on the website may be discovered that have not yet been accessed , or the appropriate technological solution has not yet been found.

We continue our efforts to improve the site's accessibility, as much as possible, and this is out of faith and a moral obligation to allow use of the site for the entire population, including people with disabilities.
